Our workshop is a 3-day program over 2-3 months for corporate employees to address specific social issues with NGOs/Social Enterprise leaders by creating business models as solutions. Participants understand the importance of making social impact through the process.
Gain information from a NGOs/Social Enterprise leader about his/her activity, and the detailed information on the specific social issues that he/she is addressing
Brainstorm the ways in which the corporates can address the social issue using their corporate’s resource
Each team to hold discussion and prepare for the Mid-Term presentation
Hold Skype session with the NGOs/Social Enterprise leader to gain more information
Each team to present 1-3 business ideas and gain feedback from the NGOs/Social Enterprise leader and corporate executives
Each team to have discussion and prepare for the Final presentation
Hold Skype session with the NGOs/Social Enterprise leader to gain more information
Each team to present a complete business plan and gain feedback from the NGOs/Social Enterprise leader and corporate executives
Reflect on what the participants have leant during the workshop and each give a declaration speech on their course of action going foward
